Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe
Fettuccine Alfredo is a rich and delicious pasta dish. It’s extremely easy to make, and will please your dinner guests and friends. Follow these directions for a delicious pasta treat!
Ingredients
- 9 oz. of good quality Fettuccine
- 1.5 cups of Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- Pinch of Fresh Nutmeg
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the fettuccine in a large pot until tender, but not overcooked. Set aside. In a saucepan, add the cream and cook for a few minutes on low heat. When the cream reduces a bit, add the parmesan cheese, then the butter. Stir until well blended, thick and creamy. Add the nutmeg. Next, place the cooked fettuccine in the pan with the sauce and heat for two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
