Green Drinks Recipes are low in calories, and high in fiber- they’re also a great food for a sustained late afternoon energy boost!  Coffee also provides energy, but too much caffeine can cause adrenal fatigue.  It may take a while for your body to adjust, but it’s well worth it- you’ll feel better in the long run.
