Guacamole Recipe
I’ve recently been spending some time in the kitchen perfecting my guacamole recipe- give this a try and let me know how it works for you!
Serves 6-8 Ingredients 3 large, ripe avocados (hass, or fuerte) 1 jalapeno, deseeded and chopped ¼ cup chopped sweet onion 1 minced clove of garlic 2 roma tomatoes, de-seeded and chopped 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lime juice 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice 2 tablespoons rough chopped cilantro ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper ½ teaspoon Kosher or sea salt Directions Remove the pits from the avocados and scoop into clean metal bowl. Mash the ripe avocados until the flesh breaks down into dime sized chunks- do not over mix. Gently, fold in the rest of the ingredients. Serve immediately!
