Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
If you like tangy, flavorful dressings give this a try. It’s easy to make and goes well with any type of lettuce, nuts, and ripe, flavorful cheeses.
- Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Honey 1/4 cup
- Olive Oil 1 cup
- Chopped parsley 2 tablespoons
- Lemon Zest 2 tablespoons
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix together the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon zest and parsley. Slowly add the olive oil to create an emulsion. Enjoy!
