My Father introduced me to the Knorr brand when I was growing up. Both of my folks were avid cooks, but didn’t always have time to prepare dishes from scratch. Knorr products were convenient, easy to use, and flavorful for a myriad of dishes that my family and I enjoyed while growing up.
I recently prepared Salmon Herb Pasta with Knorr’s Pasta Sides- it was simple to prepare, and came out beautifully.
1 package Knorr Pasta Sides- Butter and Herb ½ teaspoon dried dill 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel or lemon zest 1 cup thawed frozen peas 1 pound boneless, skinless salmon fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces Directions: Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides, Butter and Herb according to package directions adding dill and lemon peel and gently stirring in peas and salmon during the last 5 minutes cooking time. Cook until salmon flakes with a fork and pasta is tender. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes; stir gently and serve on platter or individual plates. TIP: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the pasta just before serving. Goes well with fresh, crusty bread!
