Hummus is a delicious a nutritious snack- perfect for lunch or dinner.
Serves 6-8
Prep time 20 minutes
Ingredients:
5 Cups Garbanzo Beans
½ cup liquid from the Garbanzo Beans
½ Cup Sesame Tahini
Juice from 1.5 lemons
1 teaspoon salt and pepper mixture
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 3 minutes.
Serve with paprika and a pinch of salt and pepper mixture.
1 #10 can = 10 cups Garbanzo Beans
4 cups Garbanzo Bean Liquid
