Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
Blue cheese is my dressing of choice when I go to restaurants- it’s creamy, rich and zesty. It’s not that difficult to make- give it a try!
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves 6-8
Ingredients:
6-8 ounces good quality Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons whole buttermilk
3 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
2 tablespoons fresh cracked black pepper
Directions:
Set the bleu cheese aside- mix the rest of the ingredients together in a large bowl with a whisk. Slowly fold the Roquefort in the mixture with a rubber spatula.
Let set 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
