Macaroons
This is an exceptional macaroon recipe!
- 20 oz. flaked coconut
- 6 egg whites
- 1 T almond extract
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 t salt
- 4 T Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
Mix coconut, egg-whites, almond extract, sweetened condensed milk, salt, flour, and sugar. Mix at low speed for two minutes. Drop by Tablespoonful onto a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 325 f for 12 minutes.
Let cool for five minutes, serve. Enjoy!
