Preheat oven to 350 degrees 1 15 ounce can of pumpkin 2 tbs whole milk 2 cups of sugar 2 eggs 1 cup melted and cooled butter 2 tsp vanilla 4 cups flour 1 tsp of baking soda 4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 tsp cinnamon 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips Directions: Place the first 6 ingredients in a mixer and blend thoroughly. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Slowly add the sifted dry ingredients to the wet mixture until incorporated- do not over-mix! Lastly, add chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons on a greased cookie sheet and bake in a 350-degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for 30 minutes. Cream Cheese Frosting 2 sticks of butter 5 cups of powdered sugar 2 tsp vanilla 1 package of cream cheese 1/2 tsp salt Directions Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix on high speed until light and fluffy. Place a generous amount of icing on each cookie. Serve and enjoy!
