Vegetarian 7-Layer Dip
This is an easy to make, delicious, Vegetarian 7-layer dip.
Serves 6-8 People
Ingredients:
2 can of refried beans (vegetarian brand)
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 ounces pepper-jack cheese
2 cups fresh guacamole
6-8 ounces sour cream
6-8 ounces fresh salsa
1 head of finely chopped iceberg lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes
Procedure:
In a 9×13 oven-safe pan, layer the refried beans in the bottom so they are equally spread. Next, place the cheddar and pepper jack cheese over the beans. Place the pan in a 350 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Spread the guacamole over the cheese and bean mixture. Add the sour cream next, then the fresh salsa.
Lastly, cover with the chopped lettuce, then garnish with chopped tomatoes.
Serve with corn chips.

Thanks, Chef Chuck. I will be making this appetizer to bring to a party mostly due to you got right to the point and the ingredients sound really good. Right to the point meaning you didn’t go into how your family likes it or your cat. You posted a recipe the CORRECT way! Thanks, I’ll let you know if everyone and the cat liked it. JK LOL
