Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Prep time: 1 hour
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
1 pound jumbo lump crabmeat
1 pound cooked and chopped bacon
8 ounces cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tobasco sauce
½ cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped water chestnuts
1 cup shredded fontina cheese
¼ cup chopped Italian parsley
1 tablespoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
For the top:
½ cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs

Directions:
Place the cream cheese, heavy cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl and blend until the mixture is soft. Add the remaining ingredients and mix on low speed until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
Place the dip in a greased ovenproof crock. Top with the seasoned panko breadcrumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees until the top becomes brown, and the mixture boils around the edges.
Serve with toast points or crackers.
