Green Drink Recipe
I started making green drinks a few weeks back. I usually start craving coffee at noon, so I’ve been trying to replace the caffeine with green, leafy veggies. This drink is easy to make, and provides a nice spike of energy!
Green Drink Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups packed and washed spinach
1 teaspoon freshly zested ginger
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup seedless cucumbers
1 cup peeled granny smith apples
½ teaspoon organic turmeric
½ teaspoon organic cinnamon
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and mix for 30 seconds- drink immediately.
