This summer Bonefish Grill is bringing in some fun new features at the bar with a brand new beverages focusing on fresh ingredients. This soon-to-be favorite selection of refreshing summertime cocktails delivers a twist on time-honored, traditional libations with freshly muddled herbs and fruits.
To invigorate your senses, the Cold Snap Cucumber Cosmo combines small-batch Icelandic Reyka vodka with Solerno Blood Orange liqueur and fresh English cucumbers for a refreshing taste of cool. This chilled concoction is served on the rocks in a frozen glass made entirely of ice!
Bonefish Grill gives James Bond the raspberries with an all-new martini recipe based on a classic crowd pleaser. Sure to stir up international intrigue, the Fresh Raspberry Martini shakes small-batch Reyka vodka with freshly muddled red raspberries and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
The “Absolut”-ly fabulous Ocean Trust Tropic Heat Martini tangos freshly muddled mango with house-infused pineapple Absolut vodka and fresh lemon juice garnished with a slice of jalapeno to spice up your night. To whet your appetite, the Twisted Edamame Hummus topped with pepitas and a savory roasted tomato relish paired with crispy flatbread chips for dipping is sure to please the palate. If you’re looking for a classic, refreshing summer treat with a twist, check out the new Watermelon Salad –arugula and fresh watermelon mixed with English cucumbers topped with crumbly feta cheese, pepitas and a creamy feta cheese dressing.
Savory seafood selections now include the new Lobster Grilled Cheese – a sandwich combining chunks of Maine lobster with steamy melted smoked mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, paired with fresh greens and creamy lobster bisque. The Wood-Grilled Ahi Tuna Steak is also now available with their luscious Lime Tomato Garlic sauce alongside the refreshing Cold Snap Fresh Ceviche served in a glass made entirely of ice!
