Grilled Flank Steak
If you want a great piece of steak, but don’t want to spend big bucks, give flank steak a try. If cooked properly, it can be extremely tender and flavorful.
Grilled Flank Steak
Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
2 Pounds Flank Steak
¼ cup olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a metal bowl, and whisk until fully incorporated.
Add the flank steak, and cover. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least two hours.
Remove meat from the fridge, and let it come to room temperature.
Place on a 400 degree grill, and cook for 5 minutes a side, turning once.
Let the meat stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
