I’ve had a few requests for my rib-rub recipe.
Here it is:
Rib Rub
Serves 8-10
Ingredients
3 tablespoons lemon pepper
3 tablespoons fresh cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons white pepper
4 tablespoons paprika
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoons cayenne pepper
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Massage the rub on ribs.
Let the ribs absorb the rub for at least 2 hour before grilling or baking.
