Before I write this review I must tell you that I am a former employee of Mitchell’s Fish Market. 10 years ago I was the Saucier, and responsible for all product received during the day. I will do my best to write in an unbiased manner.

Mallorca, Pittsburgh, PA

My first visit to Mallorca was 10 years ago, and it was quite memorable. My cousins and I decided to try out the Spanish restaurant on a Friday night; without a reservation. We arrived at 7pm sharp, and the place was buzzing. The bar was full, and every seat in the joint was packed with hungry foodies. The two of us decided to wait (we had heard such good things) and didn’t want to chance going somewhere else.

Seviche Pittsburgh, PA

Thursday evening I ventured out into the brisk evening with my friends, Amy and Jesse. We parked in a nearby lot, and trudged our shivering bodies down the lifeless, gray, downtown streets to Seviche.

When I thought of Harris Grill, I’d think of a bunch of hipsters sprawled out on the patio with clove cigarettes and PBR, talking about their new garage band or their sister’s new girlfriend.
