I’ve been making an Asian Dipping Sauce at the club lately that goes very well with seared Ahi tuna. It’s sweet, tangy, and delicious of most types of fish, and shrimp.

I raced home from a meeting this afternoon. It was a special day, and one I’d looked forward to even before we had adopted the North Sicilian colony onto Topa Topa Drive. The bees had been with us a month, and it was time to check the hive box to determine whether or not it was time to add the Super.

The Inn on Negley, Shadyside

I’ve always liked brunch- it means that I’ve slept in, and am still going to get some good breakfast food, which is my favorite. A good friend of mine gave me a gift certificate to The Inn at Negley; a Bed and Breakfast place that I had never heard of. It’s in the heart of Shadyside, so we hopped in the car and were off to eat.
