Even though I don’t believe in resolutions, I am going to try and stop eating gluten in the New Year. My sister and niece have celiac, so chances are, I may have some predisposition to the stuff myself.
A remoulade is a mayonnaise-based sauce, served cold. It is usually served with fish, cold meat or shellfish.
This is my recipe for a remoulade:

In my years of studying nutrition, I’ve come to one, rather clear realization: there is no magic pill. Losing weight is difficult, and it requires great effort and determination. After a humiliating and eye-opening experience at the doctor, I decided that I could either bullshit all of you and allow myself to come across as one of those annoying people who eat TONS and never gains any weight, or I could use your support to start investigating a healthier lifestyle. I am 27 years old, I’ve never been married, no kids, and the wallpaper on my phone is a piece of pizza. Which one do you think I chose?
