If you’re attending a weekend brunch Saturday or Sunday morning, don’t expect your server to be too lively. It’s likely that he/she was out the night before partying it up. Foodservice employees work hard, and often party as hard as they work- especially on the weekends.
A remoulade is a mayonnaise-based sauce, served cold. It is usually served with fish, cold meat or shellfish.
This is my recipe for a remoulade:
Cibo, in Regent Square is the owned by Dino DeFlaviao. If you live in the east end, and don’t know who Dino is, you must not know the areas as well as you think. Prior to being Cibo, DeFlavio’s Pizza occupied the space that is now the new Italian restaurant. Cibo has only been open a few days, but so far the food has been received well by the East End crowd.
A lot of people are going to be having barbecues this summer- burgers and dogs will be thrown over hot coals, as will fresh fish, different cuts of meats, and there’s nothing like fresh grilled vegetables. It’s easy to get into a rut when cooking on the grill- the same old chicken and steaks can become boring, and if you have guests, you may want to spice things up a bit.
I love Chef Chuck’s homemade mint chocolate chip cookies. I love these delicious, mouthwatering cookies because you can really taste the mint chocolate chips. The white chips are so good! Together those ingredients make Chef Chuck’s cookies the best!! I could live in a world of them, that’s how great, luscious, yummy, and awesome Chef Chuck’s cookies are.
